Fees and Packages
Initial Consultation
A comprehensive one-to-one consultation reviewing your child’s needs, including informal (and where appropriate, formal) assessment of your child’s skills, discussion of our observations and findings, and agreement of specific, measurable targets to support progress toward long-term goals. Consultations last approximately two hours.
EHCP Assessment and Report
A separate, standalone legal document service. Includes telephone, video and email consultation, and support for parents to carry out a health check of their child’s EHC Plan, to ensure that all of the child’s strengths and difficulties are accurately described within it.
Individual Therapy Sessions
A single session lasts one hour. Time spent planning and preparing before sessions, and writing up notes afterwards (approximately one hour), is included in this price. Sessions may be carried out in the client’s home, school or nursery, or within the community, and may be used for assessment, observation, or therapy according to the client’s wishes and the consultant’s professional judgement.
Parents and Carers’ Coaching
Individual coaching sessions and group workshops for parents, carers, and school staff, covering practical strategies to support a child’s communication development.
Partnerships
Ongoing partnership work with nurseries, primary schools, secondary schools, and special schools, bringing specialist speech and language therapy into your setting.

Terms of Service
Group and Professional Training
Group trainings for international families are charged according to country. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.
Fee Changes
Fees are subject to annual increases to reflect the cost of living. Existing clients will be given 8 weeks’ notice of any changes in fees. Fee changes do not affect the price of blocks which have already started, or sessions which have already been booked or invoiced.
Travel by Foot or Bicycle
The client will be charged travel time at half the hourly session rate. Time (and cost) of travel by foot or bicycle will be estimated using Google Maps. Where there is a discrepancy, the travel cost will be adjusted to match the actual travel time.
Travel by Public Transport
The client will be charged the actual cost of travel. Copies of tickets will be provided as evidence of cost. We will aim to select the most cost-effective method of transport for the client.
Payment and Invoicing
Invoices will be provided to the bill-payer during programme bookings, before commencing the programme.
Payment Methods
Our accepted methods of payment are bank transfer, cash, and card payment. Bank transfers must use the invoice number as the reference for the payment.
Payment Timescale
Failure to settle invoices 24 hour before the appointment/consultation may result in the appointment/intervention not being carried out.
Cancellation by Our Consultant
If any of our consultants cancels an appointment, the session will be rearranged for a date and time convenient for the family and the consultant.
Cancellation by the Client on the Day of the Appointment
If the client cancels an appointment on the day of the appointment, the bill-payer will be invoiced for half the session rate.
Cancellation of Block Sessions
In the case of all cancellations, if the cancelled session is part of a block, it will not be counted as one of the block’s sessions. Cancellations should be made by the person who pays the bill.
Non-Attendance
If the client fails to attend the appointment and does not attempt to cancel, they will be invoiced for the full session rate. If the missed session is part of a block, it will still count as one of the block’s sessions. The following constitute failure to attend an appointment: the consultant attends the client’s home, but the client is not there; the consultant attends your child’s school or nursery, but they are absent, and the consultant was not informed; or the consultant attends a community session, and the client does not attend.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a Data Protection Officer. All client details, case notes, and correspondence are stored securely and treated confidentially in accordance with the Data Protection Act. You can verify our ICO registration by contacting us.
DBS Checks
For your peace of mind, we renew our enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate annually. This is available for clients to view at any time, including at appointments. If sessions take place within a school, nursery, or other organisation, that organisation may require an additional DBS check specific to their setting.
Complaints
Most complaints can be resolved by communicating directly with us. Please contact us if you are concerned or unsatisfied in any way.
